TRANSITION SKILLS CAMP - This intensive vacation camp program is designed for young adults with special needs that are of transition age (15-21yrs). We will have fun developing the pro-social and pre-vocational skills which cultivate pride and independence. Activities will include: cooking, traveling by train, working on a farm, and community exploration. The Transition Skills Camp will be facilitated by Dr. Andrea Long, a clinical psychologist with 16+ years of experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum.
